MCEDD is organized as a government non-profit in Oregon as an ORS-190 and in Washington through RCW 39.34.010.

    Board of Directors

    MCEDD is governed by a twenty-two member board of directors representing the counties of the district (5), a representative of the cities of each county (5), representatives of the Ports (2) and Chambers of Commerce (2) of each state, as well as private sector representatives (8). The Board may be reached through the MCEDD office staff.
