CEDS Oct. 7 Meeting – Metrics and Implementation

The sixth and final meeting of the comprehensive economic development strategy (CEDS) update process was held on Thursday, October 7th over zoom. The meeting started with a summary of the work to date. The purpose of the meeting was to finalize the four draft goal statements and strategies under each goal, and to brainstorm partners that would work on each strategy as well as metrics we would track to gauge success. The meeting presentation can be found below.

The data and thoughts shared by stakeholders across the five counties during this session will help to guide the priorities for the economic strategy update, which will support a prosperous economy and a more resilient region.
