Life in the Gorge Photo Contest Open Now Through December 20th , 2021!
November 8, 2021 – Mid-Columbia Economic Development District (MCEDD) is excited to announce our Life in the Gorge Photo Contest! The Columbia Gorge has a deeply rooted connection with visual storytelling, celebrating scenic beauty, and amplifying local experiences. Now MCEDD would like to see your visual stories! Show us what you love most about the Gorge by submitting up to five high-resolution photos. Winning entries will be featured in MCEDD marketing pieces – online and in print. Participants have five photo categories to choose from. Photo entry categories: Life in the Gorge Nature/Landscape Downtowns in the Gorge People/Community Gorge Business/ Industry One winner will be chosen in each of the five categories and will receive a $50 gift card to the locally owned business of their choice! Participants must be 18+ to participate, limit 5 entries per person, and photos must be taken by the participant between 2019-Present, and taken in the Columbia Gorge region (Hood River, Wasco, Sherman Counties in Oregon, Skamania and Klickitat Counties in Washington). Photo and model release forms must be attached to photo entries and can be found below. Entries must be received by December 20th, 2021, at midnight. Submit all entries to Natasha@mcedd.org.
