Where is the Summit hosted?

The Summit will be hosted at the Pioneer Center located at 501 NE Washington Street, White Salmon, Washington.

How do I register?

Register by downloading the event registration form and submitting the completed form with payment by email, fax or mail to MCEDD. Download the registration form by visiting the registration page here.

When will I be able to see the full conference program?

We’ll post the Summit Overview and Detailed Session Agenda in March 2010.

What is covered by my Summit registration fee?

The Summit registration fee of $35 covers attendance at all educational sessions, registration materials, access to the vendor exhibits as well as lunch and snacks.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes. Credit cards are accepted by way of PayPal service. Submit your registration or exhibit fee payment by visiting the registration page here.

Can I fax my registration form?

Yes. Fax the required registration documents to (541) 296-2266 and mark the cover letter: Attn: Columbia Gorge Transportation Summit.

I only want to attend half a day of the summit. Is it half price?

No. Because the Summit is an all day action planning event we do not offer half day registration.

Is there a discount if more than one person comes from my organization?

No. The registration fee is only enough to cover all the expenses for each attendee.

What if I am not able to attend the Summit after registering for it?

Registration and vendor exhibit fees are transferable but non-refundable.

Is the vendor exhibit fair open to the public?

Yes. Companies offering resources targeted to the needs of attendees will exhibit their services or products during the scheduled Vendor Exhibit Fair hours. Additionally, the general public is welcome to attend the Vendor Exhibit Fair.

Is smoking permitted at the Pioneer Center?

The Pioneer Center is a smoke free environment. Smoking is restricted in the building and outside property.

What are the food and beverage accommodations at the Summit?

Our dedicated MCEDD staff and expert catering service is happy to coordinate your food and beverage needs. For special dietary requirements, MCEDD staff will make accommodations for meal preparation with selected catering service.

Is lunch open to any one who is not attending the Summit?
No. Lunch is intended for Summit attendees only.

Where do I park?
The Pioneer Center, located at 501 NE Washington Street White Salmon, WA 98672, is situated next to a parking lot. The lot is free to attendees all day.

Additionally, Mount Adams Transportation Services is offering AM and PM transportation services to the Pioneer Center from the White Salmon Park & Ride lot, located on the northwest side of the Hood River Bridge next to the Mt. Adams Chamber of Commerce in Washington State. The service is only available on April 22, 2010 and is free of charge to attendees.
